Responsibilities:- Analyze business needs and provide technology solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis to support business decision making
- Implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
- Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct system testing to ensure requirements have been met
- Provide user training and support
- Create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Understanding of business practices and processes
- Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant field
